Petter Grimm is an architect and founding partner of DRMA, educated at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen and ETSAB in Barcelona. With over 20 years of experience in urban development, he bridges public and private interests through strategic planning and hands-on tools. His work focuses on inclusive urban spaces, leading complex, cross-sector processes with a collaborative, bottom-up approach that enables diverse stakeholders to co-create sustainable solutions.

Navid Navid is an architect based in Lofoten, specializing in community-driven place development along the North-Norwegian coast and Arctic region. With 10 years of experience from teaching and international, public, and private practice, he applies an “acupuncture-style” approach to social urban regeneration—activating local potential and highlighting the uniqueness of place.
